EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. But just in case, should any products purchased from Sedona fail to meet your expectations, simply return it with prepaid postage, insurance and/or tracking along with your proof of purchase. We will replace it if we have the item available. Or, we will refund the cost of the product less shipping and handling fees in the original payment manner. You can also exchange it for a different product and we will deduct the price of the returned product from your new purchase. All returns or exchanges should be made within 14 days or less. If you are returning an item you received as a gift that was purchased from Sedona, you may exchange for an item of equal value or for a gift certificate of equal value.

If exchanging an item you purchased on line, simply indicate the items you wish to exchange and will ship you the replacement items or any additional purchase with no shipping charge (oversize charges may apply)

Please note: If you purchased a Sedona product at our retail location and need to return or exchange the item, please return it to our store location in person. If you do not currently reside, you may ship your items back to us using the address listed above.

Prices and Printing Errors
All products are in U.S. dollars and we charge Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.712% on every purchase. We try to ensure the accuracy of our information in print and online but sometimes errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
