Sedona-hi.com ships to addresses in the 50 States, U.S. Territories and U. S. Military installations. United States Postal Service is our primary shipper.
For expedited shipping: For a rate quote using FedEx 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail – please contact our customer service department during regular store hours at (808) 591-8010. We will call you back with a shipping quote and get your approval before we ship your package out.
Packaging:
At Sedona-hi, we try to package items in a responsible way using a combination of recycled as well as some new materials while ensuring your items arrive safely and damage free.
Multiple Ship-to’s: For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.
Oversized Charges: Some large items due to their size are bulky and heavy, on these items our cost to ship them are higher than other lighter items. We will add a delivery surcharge on items that are oversized and this charge will be stated in the product’s description and is in addition to the regular delivery charge.
International Order: Delivery to select International addresses from selected countries only, is available. Please contact our customer service department during regular store hours at (808) 591-8010, we will let you know if we can ship your package and call you back with a shipping quote. We will not ship out your package until we get your approval on the shipping rates to your country.
