If you cannot access the e-mail address associated with your account (or do not have one) you will need to contact us instead. We can be reached by phone at #808-591-8010 during normal business hours or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 48-hours for e-mail replies. Once you contact us you will be asked to confirm your identity and that you are the owner of the account.
Create a New SEDONA Account
At this time creation of new SEDONA Accounts is only possible during checkout when purchasing merchandise or tickets. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delete a SEDONA Account
SEDONA accounts cannot be deleted by the user. We can deactivate accounts by request.
SEDONA Account and Star Customer Program
SEDONA accounts are not linked to your Star or SuperNova customer account. This is the loyalty point system used at our in-store register where customers earn points on their purchases. We are unable to link the two accounts together. However, if you know you have points on your Star or SuperNova account and would like to use them on a mail order you can contact us by phone or e-mail. You are welcome to place a custom order and use your points.
