Live Sale – General Info

Thank you for being a part of the Sedona Hawaii Live Sale family where we strive to learn, grow and have fun with curated crystals, gemstone jewelry and metaphysical products. Our Live Sales are about positivity, respect and community.

We usually hold Live Sales on Wednesdays at 12pm Hawaii Standard Time for about 4 hours. We announce the next Live Sale dates on our Profile the week prior.  We will show Live Sale Previews in our stories on Mondays and Tuesdays or 2 days before the actual Live Sale. To keep it fair so that everyone has a fair chance to claim at the same time, we do not accept pre-sales on Live Sale items. If we have unsold items after the Live Sale on Wednesdays, we will post them in our stories right after the Live Sale.

Live Sale – How to claim

If you are new to our Live Sales, welcome!  After your first claim, you must DM us your Full Name and Email Address during the Live Sale.

To claim, type in the alpha numeric code that we call out on the Live Sale in your comments. The number is the Live Sale price, example item number AB17, the price is $17. 

The item will go to the first person the commentator sees on their screen and is called out by name. To keep it fair, if you comment on an item number before the commentator calls it out, it doesn’t count as a claim.  You will always see your own comment first on your own screen and comments appear in different order on different phones. We call people in the order that they appear on our screen only.  Please do not claim for others.

If there are multiple items with the same code, we will intuitively choose the items for you if you claim it. For example, there are 5 Amethyst Bracelets with the code AM26 and they are essentially the same, we will call out the first 5 names we see on our screen and we will intuitively select each item that will go to those 5 customers.

Take notes and keep track of the items that you have claimed so that you don’t purchase more than you can afford. You must honor your claims so please only claim items that you seriously want and are able to purchase within 48 hours.  There are no put backs or swaps during the Live Sale as it can cause confusion. If you are unable to pay for your basket or abandon items, you may be restricted from participating in future Live Sales.

If we have unsold items after the Live Sale on Wednesdays, we will post them in our stories right after the Live Sale. The items will be available for claiming until 5 pm the next day. To purchase in our Story Sale, send a DM with the Item number, we will confirm with a photo of the item if you are the successful bidder.

 

Live Sale – Shipping

All items are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii via USPS.  Regular USPS Shipping is Free for pre-tax purchases totally USD$55.00 and over – for US Domestic shipping only.

International Shipping and handling fee will be charged for all shipments to international destinations.  Prices will be quoted depending on size, weight and destination and then added to your invoice.

For purchases below $55.00 pre-tax, we charge a $10 flat rate for shipping items that can fit into a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box or smaller– US Domestic shipping only. 

For larger items or extremely fragile items that cannot fit into a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box or weigh more than 20 pounds, there will be an additional oversize shipping and handling charge.

We strive to ship your paid items out within 1 to 4 business days and you will be notified by email when the item has shipped.

You are 100% responsible for your shipping address listed in Paypal or on your invoice. Make sure to double check the mailing address before you finalize your purchase. We strive to send out shipments immediately after payment is received so we cannot modify shipping addresses after payment is made. If the item is shipped and returned due to an incorrect address that is shown on your Paypal/Invoice, you will be responsible to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your items.

We are not responsible for the package after USPS marks that the item has been delivered, please make sure your mail is put in a safe place.

 

 

 Live Sale -  In store pick ups

For in-store pick ups, you must choose LOCAL PICK-UP when you are at checkout otherwise shipping fee may be added to your invoice. 

Items are usually ready for pick up the next day after the Live Sale.

Live Sale – Open Box/ Bundled Shipping Policy

We do offer Open Boxes/Bundled Shipping between Live Sales for up to 30 days to help you save on shipping costs and packing materials. We reserve the right to mail out the items to you after 30 days.

If you would like to keep an Open Box until you reach the minimum $55.00 threshold, you must DM us with this request by the end of the Live Sale so that we will put your items altogether. Also when you check out, you must select Local Pick up, so it doesn’t charge you shipping.

After each subsequent Live Sale, DM us that you want to put the new items into a previous Open Basket and be sure to select Local pick up so it doesn’t charge you shipping fee.

When you are ready to have your items shipped, Dm us your mailing address and tell us you want your open basket shipped and we will mail your items out.

 

 

Live Sale – Invoicing and Payments

All Live Sales invoices will be sent to your email address after the show with a link to pay on our website. All Live Sale items are Final Sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Live Sale items are considered discounted items and cannot be combined with Loyalty Points or any other discounts or coupons.

All payments are due within 48 hours of the Live Sale start time, usually by noon on Fridays if we have a Live Sale on Wednesday.

Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and the items returned to store stock and you will be unable to participate in future live sales.

Payments can be made by credit card, Paypal and Afterpay on-line.

If you wish to pay by cash, you can come into the store to pay for your purchase within 48 hours of the Live Sale.
