Refund policy
RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, EXCLUSIONS APPLY
Several types of items are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health, cosmetic, and personal care items
- Books
- Tarot, Oracle, or other decks
- Seasonal items
- Aromatherapy, sage, and incense
- Tumbled stones and beads
- Jewelry findings and tools
- Consignment items
- Special order or custom order items
- Jewelry or clothing that has been re-sized or altered
- Any item without its original receipt
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that has had its original packaging removed such as plastic wrap.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or purchase
- Any sale item, including items purchased on an Instagram Live event.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If you believe your items were damaged during the shipping process please contact us at contact@sedona-hi.com.
Late or Missing Refund
If your return was approved for a full refund and you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a lengthy processing time before a refund is posted. Some institutions can take up to 14 business days to process a valid refund.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason including damage or defect. This includes items purchased during an Instagram Live Show. This includes items purchased during ANY seasonal event or sale. This includes items that are permanently marked down or at a special price. Such as pre-made sets, kits, bundles, or blind bags.
Shipping Returns
If you are unable to bring your return to our store please contact us by email at contact@sedona-hi.com or by phone at #808-591-8010. You may be asked to provide pictures of the return if you believe the item is defective or was damaged before you received it. Once your return has been approved by Sedona staff you may mail your product to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Do NOT mail any product back to the store unless you have received written or verbal confirmation from Sedona staff to do so. Unapproved returns will not be processed and compensation will not be issued.
A refund or store credit will be issued once the return item has been received. You will be notified when we have received your return item.
