Sedona Star Program
The Sedona Star Program is our loyalty point system that rewards customers with points with each purchase either online or in-store. Each $1.00 before tax earns you 1 Star Point. Star Points are linked directly to your e-mail address and can be managed by created an account on our website. You must provide a valid e-mail address in order to earn Star Points. Star Points can be redeemed online and in-store, though you will need to create an account on our website in order to redeem points online, check your point balance, and manage your points.
All purchases made under your customer account earn Star Points. Though it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their purchase is correctly linked to their customer account.
Star Points may be redeemed in increments of 200 to receive $10 off qualifying orders. 400 points earn $20 off, 600 points earn $30, and so on up to a limit of 1000 points for a $50 discount. Purchases made with Star Points are non-refundable.
An order qualifies for Star Point redemption if:
- Your order contains no discounted items
- Your order contains only physical products (no services or psychic readings)
- Your order contains no restricted items (due to consignment or similar status)
- Your order contains no items that are part of a specially priced bundle or set
- Your order contains no special offers or season items
- Your order contains no gift cards or gift certificates.
- No other coupons or special discounts have been applied to your order.
Star Points hold no cash value and will be honored at the sole discretion of Sedona management. Loyalty points from our previous POS system are unavailable in our new store.
