Shipping policy

All items from our retail and online stores are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii and are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or comparable professional delivery service. We do not offer express or expedited shipping options. Free domestic shipping is available on any order totaling $98 or more before sales tax. Free shipping orders are treated with the same urgency and care as paid shipping. Free shipping is not available for any international orders, Canada and Japan included. Shipping prices are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order at checkout. Certain items containing plants, seeds, fruits, bark, plant parts, and alcohol are unable to be shipped to international addresses due to customs restrictions.  Certain oversized or bulky items are unavailable for international orders due to shipping restrictions. Shipping insurance is available only upon request.

Please do not ship returns back to our store unless you have received written or verbal confirmation from Sedona staff to do so.

Missing packages are the responsibility of the customer and the postal service provider (USPS). Once a package has been given to USPS for delivery all inquiries as to the location and status of that package should be made directly to USPS. We are not responsible for lost shipments, especially if the shipment is being delivered to an unsafe or insecure location. Signature confirmation is available upon request, for qualifying invoices, for an additional fee. Contact us at contact@sedona-hi.com to arrange signature confirmation.
