Gold Brush: Winning success, top recognition, smooth communication, clarity in thought, exceed in studies. The words on the brush read: jīnbǎng tímíng 金榜题名 “Gold list, inscribed name” or “signed name on gold list”. It signifies those that have exceeded in imperial examinations. Used for top honors, fame, recognition, and wealth.                       
Chinese Lion Dance: wǔshī  舞狮 To invite good fortune, longevity, and prosperity while driving away evil spirits, warding off bad luck & negative energy.

Abacus/Money Bag: Abundant wealth, financial acumen, prosperity, and protecting one’s wealth.

Gourd: Happiness, good job, good health; húlu 葫芦  “gourd”, sounds like fúlù 福禄 - Fú “blessings, happiness, good luck”, Lù is a “high position in government”. The gourd top/bottom represents  Heaven/Earth; the two halves also form the number “8”, the number for prosperity & wealth. In ancient China, the gourd was used to carry medicines/elixirs for wellness & healing.

Lock & Key: to safeguard one’s wealth & possessions. The number “6s” inscribed on the key symbolizes liùliù dàshùn 六​六​大​順 (6x6 Great Fortune - a popular idiom for “everything going your way”) as liù 六 “6” sounds like liù 溜 “smooth”.
